My Therapy Style

I believe that life is a beautiful journey, but also filled with important and difficult seasons for us to rethink, refocus, and re-evaluate our purpose for more intentional living. I seek to support clients to explore the past, accept the present, and identify empowering shifts in beliefs and actionable steps to improve self-image, confidence, and hope for the future. Get to Know Me

Why did you become a mental health professional?

Being a first generation Asian American immigrant has shaped my capacity to understand and appreciate diversity and acculturation. I have always enjoyed helping people and making connections to help people feel supported, cared for, and valued in all seasons of life.

What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy time with my family and friends, going to concerts and live music, going to the beach, playing volleyball, volunteering (church, community, and twins club), finding the best local coffee shops (Spanish lattes or lavender lattes are my fav), and eating gourmet donuts and Mexican food.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I love reading and spending time with my family.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

Multiples of America supports mothers with twins and higher-order multiples. This has been a special group to me since I was pregnant with my twins.
