I offer virtual therapy, working with individuals, couples, and families with issues related to sexual addiction, intimacy, anxiety, depression, betrayal, and sexual trauma. I also have a background and passion for working with adolescents with histories of involvement in the criminal justice system.
I believe in setting goals with my clients as a guide for where we are headed. I use Solution-focused, person-centered therapy techniques to explore one's past and how it affects the now.
I am direct with my clients, which allows me to assist them during the process of therapy. I am honest, open, and willing to partner with you to achieve the goals we have set together. I want the best for my clients and I feel honored to share in their sadness, hopes, and dreams.
MS - Counseling, CSUN
I had a counselor when I was 15 who changed my life. This experience in my early childhood prompted me to give back.
I enjoy gardening, hiking, traveling spending time with family and friends watching classic black-and-white movies, and decorating.
I bookend my days with self-care, starting with my morning meditation, journaling, and setting the intention for my day. In the evening I take a bath, read a book, and do a crossword puzzle.
Color Compton offers seasonal fellowships and internships to underserved communities and children.
Self-care, rest, praying, and spending time with family.
I have four shelter dogs and one cat. My cat will bring home random kittens for a day, share his food, and then we never see the kitten again!
