Therapy style

I offer virtual therapy, working with individuals, couples, and families with issues related to sexual addiction, intimacy, anxiety, depression, betrayal, and sexual trauma. I also have a background and passion for working with adolescents with histories of involvement in the criminal justice system. I believe in setting goals with my clients as a guide for where we are headed. I use Solution-focused, person-centered therapy techniques to explore one's past and how it affects the now. I am direct with my clients, which allows me to assist them during the process of therapy. I am honest, open, and willing to partner with you to achieve the goals we have set together. I want the best for my clients and I feel honored to share in their sadness, hopes, and dreams.
