Why did you become a mental health professional?

Becoming a mental health provider is a calling that began in high school, where I developed a deep interest in psychology. As a clinician, I am afforded the opportunity to make a valuable and meaningful contribution to the lives of my clients by teaching skills and opening paths for them to overcome life's challenges.

What are your interests outside of work?

Spending time with family, cooking, hiking, and reading.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Meditation!
