Why did you become a mental health professional?

I entered this field because my passion for helping others and interest in mental health overlapped in such a way that allowed me to turn this passion into a career.

What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy surfing, singing, literature, concerts, and having a meal with close friends.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I make it a priority on my to-do list to connect with a close friend or family member.

What book have you read more than once?

Slaughterhouse Five by Kurt Vonnegut. It's fascinating :)

Favorite organization/non-profit?

KFAM - not-for-profit therapy center that supports the Asian community in Los Angeles.

How do you recharge?

As an introvert, a conversation with just a few close friends will do the trick.
