My style is relational. I am very good at building rapport and actively listening to the client's worldview. I'm authentic in my counseling with clients because feeling safe in my practice depends on it. I challenge my clients and hold them accountable in a way that comes with time as we build our rapport. I always work with the client on what their goals are and like to provide psychoeducation on theories that may be beneficial for their lives.

I love to work out! I lift weights, do yoga and Pilates, and go to the beach! Fitness, exercise, and healthy eating and living are my forms of self-care.
Working out, and taking time in the morning to journal my thoughts.
Big Brothers Big Sisters. I had a volunteer kick a soccer ball with me as a kid and it always stuck out to me. I chose to volunteer when I was in high school and it made such an impact on my life as well as my little sisters.
Yoga, meditation, taking time off, vacation!
We have a large dog. He is 85 pounds and will try to sit in my lap when he sees my kids try to sit in my lap because he is convinced that he is my first baby!
