My approach to therapy is grounded in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can freely express their feelings, thoughts, and needs. I am passionate about helping couples enhance their communication, rebuild trust, and nurture emotional intimacy. I advocate for the powerful techniques of eye movement therapies, to help recover from traumatic incidents, cope with the aftermath of sexual and physical abuse, motivation, self-esteem, self-love, and confidence building.
