Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Relational, Solution-focused, Strengths-based
We are wired for connection, but we experience challenges when we struggle to keep our relationships stable. Managing life can be overwhelming if we do not have the right supports in place and fail to equip ourselves with the needed tools. My goal as a therapist is to aid my clients in maintaining wellness in all areas of their life. How we think and how we feel are the greatest contributors to the reality we live. I will help you to embrace what is helping and release what no longer serves you.
I am a great listener and a compassionate servant leader. I create a safe space for exploration, learning and healing. Throughout my career, I have been a champion of family life and have served people of every age (children, adolescent, teen, adult, and seniors) and phase (single, married, parenting, empty nester, retired, and managing chronic health diagnoses).

I have always had a love for service and civic engagement. The Social Work profession was just a natural fit for my core values, and it also provides so much flexibility in allowing me to work in numerous areas. Being able to assist people on their healing journey is just an additional honor that comes with this field. It has been a privilege to serve in this capacity.
I enjoy doing DIY projects, trying new recipes from YouTube, and writing.
I enjoy taking walks and listening to podcasts or other motivational content.
The Qur'an. It keeps me grounded by providing guidance and reminders of being a person of character, service and mindful living.
I enjoy reading and spending time with family.
