My Therapy Style
My approach to therapy is tailored to the unique needs of each individual, and I am committed to providing a safe and supportive environment for my clients. I believe in the power of therapy to bring about positive change and improve quality of life. I have worked in inpatient, outpatient, and private office settings with individuals, couples, and families with a wide variety of issues. My approach is collaborative-based identifying goals and working in therapy to accomplish satisfactory resolution of those goals.

Why did you become a mental health professional?
I've always had an interest in being a helper.
What are your interests outside of work?
Traveling with my wife and visiting our children in other cities! We take our miniature Golden Doodle with us everywhere.
What book have you read more than once?
Irvin Yalom's Principles and Practice of Group Psychotherapy.
Favorite organization/non-profit?
YMCA for its youth-based charities and activities. We also are involved in going to the gym at the Y.
How do you recharge?
Watching movies, reading, and writing.
