I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist, and in the last six years, I have been focusing on helping clients through their healing and self-discovery journey. After working with Active-Duty service members, my practice evolved from general mental wellness to trauma-focused therapy with an emphasis on disorders co-morbid to it. Our first sessions will consist of a bio-psychosocial assessment that will allow us to build rapport. I consider myself an eclectic therapist as I am firm believer that one size does not fit all, especially in therapy.
