Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-focused, Strengths-based
I have a depth of experience working with adolescents and adults. I have worked with clients of many different backgrounds seeking help for a wide variety of reasons including anxiety, depression, ADHD, low self-esteem, trauma, lack of motivation, career difficulties, parenting problems, family conflicts, and emotional regulation.
I utilize a variety of treatment methods and tools, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), empathetic understanding, reflective listening, negative thought challenging, motivational interviewing and mindfulness/meditation techniques. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help my clients identify and challenge faulty thought patterns and develop coping strategies to help them toward wellness.

I became a mental health professional because I am passionate about helping others and being able to have a direct impact on the lives and well-being of others. I like listening to others’ stories and helping them figure out how to improve their difficulties.
I love spending time with my family and friends. I love traveling to new places and exploring nature, especially hiking. I also enjoy eating different types of food.
Getting a good sleep is the ultimate way to recharge my body. I find that taking good care of your body can make it easier to recharge your mind. Walking and just staring into nature also helps me recharge.
