I provide a warm and welcoming space for you to share what you are experiencing. You may be feeling lost, overwhelmed, and unsure if what you are feeling is "normal." I specialize in working with individuals experiencing grief, loss, life transitions, stress, and those feeling overwhelmed. I work with you to understand your experience and provide you with different tools and techniques for you to try.

I became a mental health professional to help other people. I enjoy giving individuals the space to be free to share what they are going through. I enjoy seeing the progress individuals make and helping them see their progress.
My interests include baking, making homemade lotions, sunscreen, face oils, and spending time with loved ones.
I have read Love and Respect by Dr. Emmerson Eggerichs. I gain different insight that is helpful personally and professionally.
I recharge in different ways. Sometimes a quick time out of the house is sufficient, other times getting a pedicure is helpful. The best way for me to recharge is to drive to a small town around where I live. I enjoy the peacefulness of the small historic parts of the town. It helps me reconnect to my roots.
