I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and have experience providing individual and family psychotherapy.
I have a background in the field of education and extensive experience working with adolescents and their families. My areas of focus include - but are not limited to - depression, anxiety, self-harm, trauma, behavioral problems, life transitions, parenting, and relationship issues.
I utilize an eclectic theoretical approach to therapy as every client is unique and one size does not fit all when approaching treatment. I believe that psychotherapy is a collaborative process and feel honored to be part of my client's journeys of self-discovery and growth.

I became a mental health professional because I wanted to help others. I find that it is important to have a person in your life that can be present, listen and be alongside one's life journey.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, reading, listening to music, walking my dog and spending time with friends & family.
I recharge by spending time with my family and going on walks.
