Therapy Style

My practice is eclectic, existential, and inherently relationally-focused, but first and foremost, tailored to your unique inquiries and needs. I have a predilection for making the subconscious conscious, to understand your story not to change the past but to influence the present. I believe in the utility and practical application of mental tools and behavioral techniques, and also the power of developing insight, intuition, and self-awareness. Of upmost importance is my objective to help you meet yourself, understand your needs, self-advocate for your well-being, and learn to self-heal by normalizing your response to pain. We all need reminding that we are not disordered. We are human, time and time again. Happy growing.
