My practice style is positive, humanistic, and relationally-focused, but first and foremost, tailored to your unique inquiries and needs. I have a predilection for making the subconscious conscious, to understand your story not to change the past but to influence the present. I believe in the utility and practical application of mental tools and behavioral techniques, and also the power of developing insight, intuition, and self-awareness. Of upmost importance is my objective to help you meet yourself, understand your needs, self-advocate for your well-being, and learn to self-heal by normalizing your response to pain. We all need reminding that we are not disordered. We are human, time and time again. Happy growing.

To help people learn how to help themselves, to remind people to humanize their pain, and to be a companion on their healing journey.
I enjoy cooking for family and friends, spending time in nature, and engaging in solitary art, craft, and meditation.
Investing in my relationships.
The Art of Loving. Because to live well is to love well, love is the most important part of being human.
