Welcome! I am passionate about empathetically meeting clients where they are and creating spaces for them to explore and express all of themselves without judgment. I understand the work of therapy as empowering yourself to be able to have and learn from your difficult feelings while feeling safe and connected to yourself and others. I work collaboratively with clients, emphasizing curiosity and compassion throughout. Through this approach, we explore how early experiences in your family, community, and cultural context impacted your sense of self, your relationships, and your world, sometimes in ways outside of your awareness.

Why did you become a mental health professional?
I believe that healing does not happen alone, but in relationship to one another. I am passionate about meeting clients where there are and walking side by side as they navigate life.
What are your interests outside of work?
I love trail running, yoga, Lagree, skiing, being in nature, reading, gardening, cooking, and continuing education.
What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?
A combination of exercise, self-compassion, and mindfulness practice.
What book have you read more than once?
_The Miracle of Mindfullness _by Tich Nhat Hanh beautifully reminds us to savor, slow down, and be in the present moment.
Favorite organization/non-profit?
RAINN - I am passionate about working with survivors of sexual trauma.
How do you recharge?
Reading at the beach, napping in the sun, gardening, and time with friends.
Do you have any pets?
I currently have a precocious and affectionate kitten named Maple.
