Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i), Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic, Strengths-based
I believe the foundation of therapy is the partnership between the therapist and client. I work to create a trusting and safe space, where you can express yourself without judgment or shame. I believe we are all capable of change and growth. With your goals in mind, my role is to help you gain a better understanding of yourself, create effective coping strategies, and build confidence in your own strengths and abilities.
I root my practice with a Strengths-based and Person-centered approach. To help you meet your goals I prioritize understanding you and where your identity, values and life experiences intersect.
During our sessions you can expect a trusting environment, warmth, and humor.

I enjoy traveling, hiking, spending time with my friends, trying out new restaurants, theater, and catching a new movie.
I ride my bike home every day afterwork. It helps me clear my head and on most days somewhere between the office and my home most of my stress from the day has melted away.
Going for a long walk while listening to an audio book, talking with friends, and going for a bike ride through the park.
