I have over 25 years of experience working with adults and couples in multiple settings, from outpatient psychiatry clinics to Emergency Department work and community mental health. I am client-centered and pay great attention to the relationship. I am trained in in-depth therapy but can easily adapt to a client's needs when the client wants a more solution and goal-oriented approach. I have treated people dealing with a wide variety of issues over the many years as a psychotherapist. I am deeply passionate about my work and honored to witness people's resiliency and strength.
