I specialize in perinatal mental health and work with individuals and families impacted by the unique mental health challenges associated with the childbearing years during pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood. I am passionate about maternal and paternal mental health, connecting with others, and having support during life's challenges. I believe in the innate strength and resiliency of people and feel honored to support my clients. Mental health challenges during the perinatal time can be very overwhelming. It can be hard to reach out for help, but I hope you will take the step to get the support you deserve.

I've always been intuitive, empathetic, and interested in learning about mental health, people, and relationships. I naturally gravitated towards studying psychology and sociology which led me to becoming a mental health therapist.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, with family and friends, watching movies and shows, reading, exercising, and listening to music.
One thing I try to do daily is prioritize sleep and rest. When I am well rested, I am my best self.
I recharge by both being alone and spending time with others, as well as focusing on self-care and engaging in activities that bring me joy.
