Finding the right therapist can be difficult as it is important the client feels like they are in a safe place; which is why I focus on building a trusting, nonjudgmental, and safe environment for the client. The therapeutic alliance between therapist and client is so important in therapy. I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist so I am trained in Family Systems and utilize these models in counseling. Through counseling my clients have learned effective communication methods, coping skills, boundary setting, assistance in addiction counseling, and rebuilding healthy relationships. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is another therapy method I use in sessions. Being a therapist has many rewards, the biggest reward for me though is watching clients become the best and healthiest version of themselves and I’m honored to be a part of their journey.

I have always wanted to help others. Growing up people would always come and talk to me about what was bothering them and I would try to help them the best I could.
I enjoy spending time with family, exercising, and walking my two English Bulldogs.
I ride my Peloton bike to help my mental and emotional well-being.
I recharge by reading a book, relaxing, or spending time with my family.
