My therapeutic style is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to provide a safe and secure space for your exploration, healing, and growth. I lean towards a client-centered approach with a cultural perspective lens to understand the client as a whole and tailor treatment to the specific needs of each client. I have found that my style and approach are a good fit for adults who are dealing with life transitions, work stressors, anxiety, and depression.

I chose to pursue a career in mental health to provide culturally responsive care and advocate for mental health awareness. My goal is to create a safe space where individuals from all backgrounds can feel understood and supported.
I love making flower arrangements, traveling, hiking, and spending time with loved ones.
I go on daily walks with my dog and workout 3-4 times a week.
The Body Keeps Score. It's a pretty heavy book but I am always eager to learn more about mental health and how the body responds to trauma.
Practicing mindfulness and engaging in self-care daily helps me recharge.
I have a mini goldendoodle named Nova. My favorite thing about her is the way she greets me whenever I see her, full of love and excitement!
