Why did you become a mental health professional?

I have always, from a young age, wanted to be a part of creating a world in which I wanted to live with authenticity.

What are your interests outside of work?

My interests outside of work are my large complicated wonderful family, interior design, political science, reading, mindfulness, and just living life with wonder.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Being very organized, moderate physical activity of some kind, one mindful activity, and connecting with at least one person a day in a deep and personal way.

What book have you read more than once?

Joy in the Morning – I loved it as a young woman many decades ago.
