Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Harm Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic, Strengths-based
I am dedicated to helping clients work through these challenging times and aligning with their best selves. Together we will process emotions, thoughts, and behaviors that impact your daily life. I will encourage ongoing feedback and challenge you to implement newly developed skills and insight into your everyday life. I have experience working in healthcare, outpatient mental health, and residential treatment.
By integrating a psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral approach I explore how past experiences impact the present; while highlighting strengths and innate coping skills. We will personalize your treatment plan based on your unique goals and partner to create sustainable change. I specialize in life transitions, relationship challenges, and substance misuse.

Spending time with family, trying a new restaurant, being in green spaces, and watching a good comedy, are my go-tos!
Every morning I, slowly and intentionally, drink a hot cup of coffee with just the right amount of delicious creamer. It is my absolute favorite morning ritual and provides me with the "kick" I need to start my day.
I have a 5-year-old Maltese/Yorkie mix but don't let her size fool you! She enjoys hiking, swimming, and snuggling with her favorite humans.
