You are the expert in your life — sometimes we can forget about that. My job is to help you identify the objects in your life that are getting in the way of you living your full potential. I have expertise in trauma, depression, anxiety, diversity, and relationships. As a long-time clinician working in a high-energy emergency department and long time clinician, I understand how a significant event can alter your course. My job is to get you back to living as your most authentic self. I have worked with individuals and couples for over 20 years and look forward to working with you. We got this!

My calling has always been motivated by helping people. From the time I was quite young, I was determined to work in mental health. I am compassionate, transparent, and direct, which are skills needed in this diverse field.
Sports! From my children's competitive soccer and basketball teams to the SF Giants and Sacramento Kings. I also enjoy my friends, traveling, reading, and dare I say…anything related to "true crime" TV.
Exercise and daily walks with my best friend.
I enjoy taking long vacations by the beach, without distractions, computers, Instagram, or social media. I want to be totally unplugged.
