My clients describe me as warm, compassionate, and mind-body-focused. I am trained in several approaches that can create new insights about your feelings and behaviors. My approach is very pragmatic. I won’t just sit and listen. I understand the terrain of the mind and how to help it change. As your guide, we will create a plan unique to your needs. I treat a wide array of issues and trauma with some of the newest mind-body technologies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which retrains your brain, and cognitive behavioral therapy where you will learn to replace unhealthy thoughts with constructive alternatives.

Experiencing childhood trauma catapulted me into the therapy world and I knew that I needed and wanted to help others the way I was helped. Going through therapy was healing and transformative.
Spending time with my family is my primary interest. With 3 children in extracurricular activities, I stay busy and love seeing them grow. I also enjoy reading, cooking, camping, and Pilates.
Guided meditations are my go-to. I love being able to select the topic, whether it's something I am struggling with at the moment or an area of personal growth.
Wherever You Go, There You Are. Mindfulness at its core.
EMDRIA is my favorite organization because it covers all things EMDR.
Alone time, baths, and massages.
I have two dogs and when Nutmeg was young he would always try to escape when someone came to the door. There are many escape stories and all our neighbors know and love Nutmeg.
