I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families to develop coping strategies that enhance wellness, increase resilience and create emotional stability. My goal is to help patients become confident, competent, and resilient individuals.

Why did you become a mental health professional?

I became an mental health professional after discovering the importance of professional mental health support during my first career in early childhood education.

What are your interests outside of work?

I enjoy exploring all San Diego has to offer including museums, parks, and beaches.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Yoga is very important to my well being. My daily practice grounds me and connects me to my purpose.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

ANSI am proud to have been a part of the National Alliance on Mental Illness' San Diego Chapter for 20 years and enjoy teaching their valuable Family to Family class.
