Why did you become a mental health professional?

It felt natural to listen to others and help them through support, encouragement, and therapy.

What are your interests outside of work?

My interests outside of work include my friends and family, my cat, traveling to my favorite places and trying new places once in a while and learning how to fix bikes and mopeds.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

Walking or running, and making an effort to be positive around others.

What book have you read more than once?

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, because I love candy and adventure and the end has a twist.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

Skid Row Running Club, because everyone is running or walks together, people are laughing and talking to each other.

How do you recharge?

Snow skiing, snorkeling, swimming in ocean are some restorative activities I do.

Do you have any pets?

I have a Maine coon cat. My favorite story is my family surprised me with a Maine coon kitten after work one day, I was in shock, I was so happy, I cried.
