I am a Mental Health Counselor with over 13 years of experience providing therapy to diverse populations. I have worked with clients who have dealt with a wide range of concerns including but not limited to depression, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem issues. My hope is to partner with you through a therapeutic journey that leads you to a happier and more fulfilling life.
My therapy style is compassionate, warm, and engaging. It is very important to me to respect and empower each individual to enable the confidence needed to make life changes. My approach combines humanistic and cognitive-behavioral therapy, in which we will work together to identify and reframe negative and unhelpful thoughts that may be affecting the way you feel.

I enjoy exercising and being outdoors, as well as crafting and spending time with family and close friends.
The Gift of Therapy by Irvin D. Yalom, MD. It reminds me of the importance of therapy and supporting others through their journeys.
I exercise daily, ensure I get enough sleep and most of all don't let the little things in life worry me or bring me down.
