Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Motivational interviewing (MI), Solution-focused
My working therapy style includes the use of Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Occasionally, I incorporate Narrative Therapy components and Solution Focused components. These are the most frequently used therapy techniques that I use, but each client may require a specialized approach. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach. Therapy is tailored to meet the needs of the client. Each client is evaluated based on the situation presented, and my therapeutic approach is incorporated to meet the needs of the client.

We all have the possibility of having a mental health challenge. If you commit to addressing mental health everyday, the therapy or psychiatry that you ascribe to will be a great tool in helping you manage mental health challenges.
Take your time with the process. You will be amazed at what change can happen if you give yourself time to move through the process. Don't give up in the middle of the process and you will likely achieve the results you desired when you began your mental health journey. Remember that this journey is your journey and you will be the one to succeed if you don't give up.
