I have an eclectic style, pulling from evidenced based and experiential modalities. I focus on the emotions connected to thoughts and behaviors. I have found that this leads to long-term healing. I utilize talk therapy, grounding techniques, imagery and themes from psychoanalysis, such as integrating the shadow self.

I like attending community events including concerts, karaoke, comedy shows and theater. I enjoy spending time with my family and enjoying good food and local restaurants.
I practice Transcendental Meditation which has helped me beat anxiety and burnout.
I have learned to honor my need for solitude and low sensory environments after a stressful day. I sometimes head to this restaurant on the beach in the evenings that has hammocks and I listen to the waves and enjoy the breeze.
I have six dogs currently and would have cats if I wasn't allergic. I am involved in pet rescue activities. I used to have a dog that smiled on cue. It was adorable.
