I have extensive experience with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings. I believe that individuals are the experts in their own life and I am here to assist in identifying existing strengths and skills as well as new ways of coping. I use a trauma-informed approach to therapy and treat each person based on their unique needs and strengths.

I love traveling, live music, Broadway shows, live sports events. I am a huge Knicks fan and attend NBA games every year.
On a daily basis, I take stock of at least three things I am grateful for. This small habit helps keep things in perspective and has a significant impact on my mood.
I have a few organizations that I admire and donate to. I think my favorite is The Bail Project because assisting people who can't afford bail changes the lives of the individuals and their families. I am an advocate for criminal justice reform and believe the bail system clearly impacts low income and communities of color disproportionately and unjustly.
I carve out time for self-care which for me includes travel (near and far) and a balance of social/family/alone time.
