Why did you become a coach?

I became a coach to help people recognize the good in themselves and how that can have such an impact on their health, happiness, and the environment. I hope to inspire people towards a holistic, healthier lifestyle preventing disease and other illnesses.

What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work I love to be active and play sports like tennis. I love going hiking or doing some yoga. I enjoy cooking and eating equally the same! Dancing and listening to some good music always makes me happier. Most importantly spending quality time with my two dogs!

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

I journal a few same questions with different answers every morning with a cup of coffee. I ask myself what am I feeling this morning, what is one thing I am grateful for, what do I want more of in my day, and less of in my day.

Favorite organization/non-profit and why?

I am passionate about nature and taking care of our planet for a sustainable future! My favorite organization is World Wildlife Fund.

How do you recharge?

Recharging is so important and one of my favorite things to do! Depending on how much time I have it could range from spending time outside, taking a bath, going to sleep earlier to taking time off work to travel.
