My therapy style is collaborative, flexible, and empathic. I strive to create a safe and compassionate environment for clients in order to foster self-empowerment, healing, and growth. I work from a client-focused and strength-based approach, integrating my background in Ackerman relational and intergenerational therapeutic modalities. I also uses other evidence-based approaches such as, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Behavioral Activation and Motivational Interviewing.
