My therapeutic style is down-to-earth, experiential, and interpersonal. I enjoy creating collaborative relationships with clients where we non-judgmentally look into presenting issues. My approach emphasizes authenticity and the idea that growth can happen while in an environment that is nourishing. Through this process, you may step into greater self-discovery and self-acceptance. My goal is to help my clients feel understood and empowered.
I enjoy working with clients who deal with perfectionism, identify as highly sensitive or empathic, and clients who are dealing with the impacts of antagonistic or high-conflict individuals. The quality of the therapeutic relationship itself is essential to successful treatment outcomes. If we are a fit, I would love to assist you during this time in your life.

I play guitar, piano, and I like to sing.
I recharge by using breathing exercises, yoga, being in nature, spending time with loved ones, and watching shows that make me laugh.
I love The Gifts of Imperfection by Brené Brown. She writes powerfully about how we can extend more compassion to ourselves and create more fulfilling lives.
One of the best decisions I ever made was to rescue my dog. He was very shy and timid at first but has since become Mr. Personality and a bundle of love.
