You have the innate ability to uncover, identify, explore, and ultimately change unwanted or problematic thoughts or behaviors. Therapy is a safe and empowering space to pursue the best version of yourself. Why did you become a therapist?

I wanted a vocation that directly impacts people in a positive way, is always evolving, and helps me better understand myself and others.

What are your interests outside of work?

Running, Traveling, Hiking/Backpacking, Photography, Boba Tea

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

Every night I take a few minutes to reflect upon my day and identify one or two things for which I am grateful.

Favorite organization/non-profit and why?

Natural Resources Defense Council: The NRDC is just one of many great organizations aimed at protecting our planet.

Do you have any pets?

It is difficult for me to imagine living without a pet. My family has had big and little dogs as well as cats, lizards, and a range of rodents (guinea pigs, hamsters). I currently have two cats Russell (Tabby) and Otis (all black).

What is your favorite local restaurant and why?

Lapisara (Thai fusion). They have one of the best brunches in the city.
