I have a passion for helping clients achieve the growth and confidence to tackle and handle life’s problems. I employ various therapeutic modalities based on client need, such as CBT, Psychodynamic theory, person centered therapy, Gestalt, and trauma work.

I decided to become a therapist due to a realization that a person's inner workings are often ignored. I have always wanted to impact change in the world, and feel that it begins with the individual (who then impacts the environment).
Outside of work, my interests are traveling, technology, books/reading, and learning (enter documentaries and TED talks).
I take daily walks and listen to motivational speeches either in the morning or prior to going to bed as a good reset.
I've read The Ant and The Elephant a few times because I love the simplified analogy of Adir the ant (conscience) learning to work with Elgo the elephant (sub-conscience) to get to the Oasis (goal).
