I specialized in behavioral health treatment for substance use disorders and addiction early in my career. Later on, I switched over to private practice with a focus on working with young adults, assisting with women’s issues, stress management, and the treatment of anxiety disorders for adults. I use a blend of therapeutic approaches. I was inspired to become a mental health professional because I had seen people that I care about struggle with mental health concerns and wanted to be able to help them and people like them.
