Habitat for Humanity because they "teach a man to fish" by training homebuyers in the construction and maintenance of their future homes, and creating equity in homeownership and opportunities for marginalized families to improve their financial and living circumstances.
I hug a loved one, take a relaxing bath or a power-nap, exercise, have a good laugh or cry, and practice thankfulness and gratitude.
