Helping individuals with anxiety disorders, depression, relational trauma, parenting skills, divorce, relationship struggles, addiction, life transitions, perfectionism, ADHD and family of origin issues.
My style is warm, interactive, and solution-focused. I believe that everyone has strengths, but during stressful times or transitions in their lives they may need help accessing those strengths. It can be helpful during challenging times in our lives to have an objective professional give us feedback, support, perspective and guidance to make positive changes.
I use a broad range of approaches; CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), Family Systems, Psychodynamic, Solution-Focused, Attachment-based, Harm Reduction and Gottman couples therapy. What this means for you is that I will meet you where you are, provide a safe and warm environment while collaborating with you and drawing on these different approaches, to help you create solutions for what brought you to therapy. I have found that a combination of attunement, insight, psycho-education, and skill building helps people feel real shifts and creates more meaning, connection, and personal success in their lives.
