Why did you become a mental health professional?

I became a mental health professional because I have a passion to assist individuals in their process of healing and reach their goals in making positive lifestyle changes in order to feel fulfillment and have a sense of empowerment.

What are your interests outside of work?

Outside of work I enjoy kayaking, music, art shows, music events. Also, I enjoy being a mother.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your well-being?

I enjoy doing daily meditation, grounding, yoga, and reading.

Favorite organization/non-profit?

Make A Wish Foundation - it allows for a child with a critical illness have a wish come true. It assists them in having the faith and the strength to get through the challenges of fighting through an illness and it gives them and their families hope.

How do you recharge?

I recharge by using grounding techniques, doing some workouts and meditative yoga.
