Parenting support, grief/loss, life transitions, chronic pain, self-compassion, anxiety, depression, intimate partner and family relationships and attachment, family therapy, gender expansive care, and trauma.

Therapy Style

My therapy sessions tend to be dynamic, interactive, and solution-focused. I believe in a collaborative, compassionate, and holistic approach that considers the unique qualities and strengths of each individual within a larger context. I feel deep gratitude for the ability to work closely with individuals and offer support and guidance that may help to expand self-awareness and create positive change.

Modality & Approach

I take an integrative therapeutic approach to my work, utilizing various principles and strategies, and matching the approach to what works best for each individual. I have expertise in several evidence-based treatments including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

Fortunately, there are too many great places to just pick one! Greens is my favorite for super special occasions.

What is one thing you do daily that supports your mental and emotional well-being?

Daily exercise and yoga


Spending time with my children and family, exploring nature, reading, and snuggling with our dog.
