My therapy sessions tend to be dynamic, interactive, and solution-focused. I believe in a collaborative, compassionate, and holistic approach that considers the unique qualities and strengths of each individual within a larger context. I feel deep gratitude for the ability to work closely with individuals and offer support and guidance that may help to expand self-awareness and create positive change.
I take an integrative therapeutic approach to my work, utilizing various principles and strategies, and matching the approach to what works best for each individual. I have expertise in several evidence-based treatments including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).
