I am a considerate, direct and an active provider who is committed in assisting my clients to achieve their goals. While many people struggling with mental illness have difficulty opening up in treatment, I work to create an open and collaborative relationship to help understand the obstacles and dynamics being faced. I also work with the client to help build their strengths, attributes and qualities to conquer these challenges to accomplish their goals.
MS - Counseling for Marriage, Family and Child Therapy, University of Phoenix
My interests outside of work are spending time with my family, friends, gardening, watching documentaries, reading and doing puzzles with my children.
I am able to utilize support from daily or weekly meditation, using self-care from reading and keeping up with related mental health workbooks and techniques.
My favorite organization is anyone that stands up for human rights.
I am able to recharge by getting adequate sleep, taking time for myself on weekends while also spending time with my family, watching them have fun, laugh and eating a good meal together.
