I am a mental health professional with over 6 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults in the mental health field in various settings. I provide individual counseling with minimal to moderate anxiety, depression, and other diagnosis.
I am well-versed in crisis counseling and providing care management to individuals and their families supporting in their treatment leading to achieving their goals. I am passionate about providing care for individuals, empathetically giving validation, and highlighting their strength-based skills while processing and reflecting on their symptoms peeling the layers within. I approach counseling from a cognitive behavioral view, systems theory perspective, mindfulness, and solution focused helping individuals with collaboration to be successful in their treatment.
