I believe in working side by side with my clients. I think the key component to the therapeutic relationship is transparency and communication. The therapeutic relationship is a journey in which you are the expert at your own life and I am your mentor and guide. I believe in empowering you to make changes. My approach is to use the healthy environment of the therapeutic setting to instill better habits through coping skills and psychoeducation tailored to your needs. Theoretical practices and themes I root my practice in are Strengths-based, Person-centered, Narrative Theory, and psychotherapy. I believe people have the power to heal if given the opportunity.

My interests outside of work are reading, yoga, shopping, and traveling.
My favorite non-profit is MEND (located in Los Angeles) because they provide a great variety of resources and really know the needs of their community.
