I am passionate about accompanying clients on journeys of healing and growth. I enjoy helping clients pick out just the right tools from a vast and diverse tool kit. My approach is warm, collaborative, and, above all, curious. Each therapy journey is unique and calls us to open ourselves to new possibilities. At the nexus of acceptance and action, we can find change, peace, and even a bit of magic.

Yoga, running, and reality television.
Yoga has become an integral part of maintaining my mental and emotional well-being. Matching breath to movement and dropping into the present moment is an incredibly powerful tool.
The National Alliance on Mental Illness is a wonderful organization that works to support not only individuals with severe mental illness but also their families. They provide education for family members on how to best support individuals with severe mental illness and this can be hugely impactful.
I thrive off of movement outdoors, preferably in nature.
