I specialize in anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder, relationships, families, women and youth issues, behavior and interpersonal skills. I mainly prefer the person-centered approach to address specific needs. My style is direct, polite, respectful and caring. My approach to therapy is not one theoretical method. I use an eclectic approach utilizing techniques that are best suited for helping others empower themselves, which could range from cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and much more.
My goal is to create a safe and collaborative space where you will be able to feel seen and heard. Therapy, with me, will be a non-judgmental environment created to make you feel comfortable and confident to begin your journey to wellness. I am a compassionate, understanding, and energetic licensed clinical social worker who uses an eclectic mix of techniques tailored to fit each individual's needs. My wide range of experiences and areas of expertise serve my clients well.

I love knowing that I've helped to change someone's overall health and wellness with providing a space for them to be vulnerable. As an immigrant myself, I grew up in a household where expressing your mental health was not always welcomed nor acceptable. Knowing that I can provide that space to someone who may not have that within their community, it what truly pushed me in growing within this field.
I enjoy cooking, exercising, running and traveling.
Exercising. Working out helps me to release built up emotions and place it within a space where I can mentally challenge myself and overcome physical obstacles that help, me, to build a better character.
Big Brother, Big Sister. Giving back to the youth, in improvised neighborhoods and connecting them to a mentor, I can see truly impacts their overall life trajectory.
Traveling and religion, truly a way for me to step into my happy place.
