Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Harm reduction, Solution-focused, Strengths-based, Relational
My clinical practice is focused on meeting you where you are at, respecting boundaries and encouraging you to explore your past while building hope for your future. Having worked with diverse populations with varying emotional needs, I understand that building trust, providing safety, and being open is imperative to promoting change.
My treatment approach is often flexible and informed by my client’s individual needs. It is my goal to provide a safe space where one can be vulnerable, understand their inherent strengths and practice new coping skills.

I enjoy hiking, kayaking, attending music festivals, going camping, yoga, and cooking.
Over the past few years of working from home, I have been intentional about engaging in an activity that helps me in transitioning my home from a work space to a relaxation space. These activities include, yoga, going to the gym, cooking, walking, and reading.
Recharging for me is not one single activity. Some days I recharge by connecting with people I care about. Other days, I like to be physical and in nature (hiking, kayaking). On other occasions I like to be alone and rest by watching my favorite show or reading a book outdoors.
