Expect me to be warm, compassionate, humorous, supportive and empathetic. I like to take a collaborative approach and to explore at a pace you are comfortable with. Together we can work to begin to help you to gain a greater awareness about yourself and your current stressors. My goal is to support and understand you, while helping you identify your patterns and exploring their origins. I believe that therapy helps individuals identify that they have many more options than they believe. I create a safe and empowering environment in which to make those options seem more possible.
