I became a mental health professional because I have found it so important to myself to have the support of a mental health professional. I truly enjoy helping others and seeing the growth that occurs.
I love being with my family, spending time traveling, and going on day trips. I also enjoy reading, working out, and working.
Though not daily, I work out several times a week and find it so important to my mental health.
Our family loves animals! We have two dogs, one weighs 140 pounds, and the other is 11 pounds. We also have a cat and guinea pigs. A fun fact is that all our animals' names are 4 letters long and start with the letter "L."
