By gathering your unique background, past experiences, present needs, and personality, I like to explore and combine different styles to provide a customized and eclectic approach.

Throughout my life I gravitated towards helping others through advocating, intervening, and supporting those in need.
I spend time with my spouse, dogs, and cat! I enjoy nurturing my mind-body connection by engaging in nature, hiking, and kayaking.
I try my best to be present and mindful of my needs and take action to support what I'm needing in that moment.
The Outsiders. I love the variety of relationship and environmental dynamics- and of course it has a great show of strength and compassion.
