Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Motivational Interviewing, Relational, Solution-focused, Strengths-based
In my practice, I provide a non-judgmental, warm, and welcoming environment. I believe the individual is the expert in their own lives and work collaboratively to establish goals while employing a strengths-based approach. I believe working toward a greater understanding of oneself is an integral part of therapy. I take a holistic approach when working with individuals and finding what works best for each person and their situation. I have over ten years of experience which has included working with adults, adolescents, and children and treating a range of issues from depression, anxiety, relational issues, stress, anger, and communication.
