My style is directive, collaborative, supportive, and infused with humor. I am invested in helping you make the changes needed to benefit your daily decision making and live your life as fully as possible. To me, a good session is one where you leave feeling heard, understood, and armed with some practical tools for change to practice over the next week. I will be transparent about the skills learned so that you are in control of your own change process.
I recognize that one size does not fit all, and therefore utilize an eclectic approach with each individual based in CBT, DBT, MI, and Gottman based treatment modalities.
I'm a NYC transplant, which means all my favorite foodie spots are still from there.
